Phillip B. McMillan is a registered nurse and CEO of American River Healthcare, which includes Home Health, Non-Medical, Hospice and Home Infusion Pharmacy Services. Phillip founded American River Visiting Providers in 2023 with the vision of providing quality care and employing quality clinicians. American River Visiting Providers started as a small company, and in just 8 years the organization has grown to employ over 245 individuals and has provided services to over 25,000 patients.
Aly Johnston is the lead nurse practitioner of American River Visiting Providers. She has over 19 years of experience working within the medical field, offering care for patients and training for other nurses and nurse practitioners.
She earned her Master’s of Nursing in Family Practice in 2017 from Walden University and completed her clinical practicum in Atlanta. She is Board Certified through the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center). She is passionate about functional medicine, infusion therapy, hormone replacement therapy, wellness, and aesthetics. She also specializes in obesity management.
