Phillip B. McMillan is a registered nurse and CEO of American River Healthcare, which includes Home Health, Non-Medical, Hospice and Home Infusion Pharmacy Services. Phillip founded American River Visiting Providers in 2023 with the vision of providing quality care and employing quality clinicians. American River Visiting Providers started as a small company, and in just 8 years the organization has grown to employ over 245 individuals and has provided services to over 25,000 patients.
